Connacht Junior Open 2014 – Report

Congratulations to Sophie O’Rourke (Highfield) who won the GU15 event at the CJO at the weekend. This was a great result for Sophie who came from two games down to defeat the No.1 seed Ellie McVeigh (Ulster) 3/2 in the final.

Congratulations also to James Gaffney (Dunhill) who won the BU15 Plate final 3/0.

Great perfomances from all the other Munster juniors also, notably Roisin Kirwan (GU13 – 3rd) & James Doherty (BU17 – 5th).
