Killenaule Squash Club Pick up 3 Trophies

A great story emerged this season in Tipperary with Killenaule Squash Club winning 3 divisions in the Munster Squash Leagues. The last club to do this feat was Celtic Squash Club back in 2015 when they won Division 1, 2, and 3.

Divisions 2, 4, and 6 started before Christmas and Killenaule won both Division 4 and Division 6 with two completely different teams. After Christmas, they entered 2 teams into Division 5 and both teams finished runners-up in their respective groups 5A and 5B thus avoiding each other in the playoffs. Both teams won their semi-final fixture (home and away) to make it through to the final. A little unusual to have teams from the same club contest the final but it is just a testament to Killenaule Squash Club to the strength and dept that they have in their club. Congratulations to Killenaule and their members for what has been a memorable season.
